What your clients get

A check receipt with every delivery, with your name at the top. Your client can keep it, pass it on and look it up with us.

  1. Your name at the top

    The receipt can be issued in your name. You're the one your client ordered the delivery from.

  2. When, and against which list

    Date, list version and row count. That's what your client needs to show if anyone asks.

  3. What we found, counted

    The count per level and the level used. Your client sees how many were taken out, and why.

  4. Your client can look it up

    A link and a QR code lead to the receipt with us. It holds no personal data, so it can be passed on.

Can the receipt carry our name?
Yes. The receipt can be issued in your name to your client, as long as it states that the list was checked against the Robinson list from the Danish CPR register.
Who is the data controller?
Usually your client. You are their processor, and we are your subprocessor. Our DPA is written for that chain.
Can we try it first?
Yes. We show you a check with an example that looks like your deliveries. Once the data processing agreement is in place, you can check your first real delivery.
